Experience Absinthe

Recently we completed a project for L'Eiffel Bistrot, in the South Barrington Arboretum. L'Eiffel Bistrot is a high end authentic French Parisian Bistrot and the very first Absinthe Bar in the Chicagoland area. When we met with the owner, it was to create a poster for the upcoming Absinthe Fest. He expressed that he wanted to have an old world feel, like osters from the turn of the century. Like L"Eiffel Bistrot, he wanted them to have, charm and personality, they had to call attention to the event but not look like an advertisement.


We view the final product as another piece of art to be displayed in the bistrot. The posters enhance the overall atmosphere as well as entice patrons to be a part of the upcoming event. We pay homage to the old style of posters with new information. In the end they were very happy with the project, and we look forward to working with them again in the future.
